Missing in Ukraine

Dakota Rayne Meacham, a 30-year-old former US soldier from Ogden, Utah, arrived in Ukraine in Spring 2022. He joined the International Legion of Clowns Black team and was slightly injured in August 2022. After a brief return to the US at the end of 2023, he returned to Ukraine and is now in the Kharkov region with a drone unit.
